BFA Bank supports a rally team which enjoys success at the Russian Rally Cup. The team led by the pilot, Ilya Lotvinov, and the navigator, Pavel Shevtsov, drives Renault Clio, which is in the group of the most powerful monodrive cars with the engine capacity of up to 2000 cm3. The Cup of Russia 2010 comprised 16 club rally laps across the country and the final race. The final result is calculated by adding the four best results in the preliminary stages of the Cup and the result in the finals. The rally races are held on the challenging tracks with the various types of surface (asphalt, gravel, soil, snow or ice), and in all-weather conditions. However, the difficulties and the risk involved do not stop the sportspeople. During the year, Lotvinov and Shevtsov’s crew participated in the following races: Yakkimaa Rally (22-23 January, Lahdenpohja city), Rally Zolotye Kupola (February 5-6, Rostov Veliky city), Svetogorsk Rally (20 -21 February, Svetogorsk city), Rally Rostov Velikiy (24-25 July, Rostov city), Rally Predgorya Kavkaza (1-2 October, Goryachiy Klyuch city). In its classification the crew scored 3rd according to the results of the preliminary stages and the final race. Our congratulations to Ilya Lotvinov and Pavel Shevtsov! We wish you a lot of new victories! Media about the BFA rally crew.
