BFA Bank acquired the leasing loans portfolio from the International bank of Saint-Petersburg Public limited Company.

BFA Bank acquired the leasing loans portfolio in the amount of RUB 4.6 billion from the Public limited Company “International bank of Saint-Petersburg”. Thus, resulting from the transaction the loan portfolio of BFA Bank increased by 40% and exceeded RUB 16.5 billion, which will allow the bank to join the top 100 banks of Russia in terms of the corporate loan portfolio volume.

“In line with strategic development of BFA Bank we are facing the task of active business build-up and considerable growth of assets. The acquisition of the loan portfolio for the funding of leasing transactions shall add to the consolidation of business and to the accomplishment of tasks set by the shareholders of the bank”, comments Denis Gumerov, the Chairman of the Management Board of Bank BFA.
